Doll Salon do Josephina braid...?

Oh, as far as hair suggestions go, why don't you take her to your hairdresser? If anyone can make a braid look good, a hairdresser can. And I'm sure he/she won't charge you $20.

I have never taken out Kaya's braids for the same reason. Wow $20 for braids. Maybe it was $10 for pony tails. I remember thinking the prices seemed outrageous. But I am sucker. If Kaitlin wanted to have her dolls hair done, I would probably let her. I wouldn't worry about carrying your doll. When I went to AGPlace Chicago, I did not bring any of my dolls and they wanted to know if I wanted to borrow one at the cafe. It was very cute.

I second the strange people. No one would notice you on the train or in the city because you had a doll. They are rather distracted by the lovely young man dressed in drag sitting across from you...

I understand you feeling strange about bringing her in. And for 20 dollars, my goodness ship her to me and Ill spritz and braid her myself.

Susan, can you just unbraid it a little to where the hairs are coming out? Or just undo one braid at a time and keep the three pieces separate as they were in the original braid. You have to try yourself before you send her to AGP, this will probably happen again!

I take a doll when we go to AGP, but I have at least 2 daughters with me, and we all have our dolls with us!!

I wouldn't count on the AG salon to make her braids perfect but I would take her on the subway around NY. Pop her in a backpack or a bag and no one will know! I carried Felicity with me on the train in a backpack and only those who knew where I was headed knew she was in there [img]wink.gif[/img]
